- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before roasting.
