Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and dice the red skin potatoes.
- In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Remove when golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot.
