Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine quartered potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired and serve hot.
