- 2 pounds of red potatoes, quartered

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine quartered red potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- Stir halfway through cooking for even roasting.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
