- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender, stirring halfway.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with feta, parsley, dill, and lemon juice.
