These roast beef sliders are a perfect crowd-pleaser for any gathering, packed with flavor and easy to make.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and horseradish sauce. Set aside.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread a layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Add the top halves of the buns.
  7. In another small bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  8. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  9. Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add pickles or jalapeños for an extra kick.
  • These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
