These roast beef sliders are a perfect crowd-pleaser for any gathering, packed with flavor and easy to make.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and horseradish sauce. Set aside.
- Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
- Add the top halves of the buns.
- In another small bowl, mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
- Cover the sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add pickles or jalapeños for an extra kick.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
