- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add oats, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Can be served warm or cold.
- Customize with your favorite mix-ins.
