- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix crab, cream cheese, green onion, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Soften rice paper sheets briefly in warm water.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each rice paper.
- Fold rice paper over the filling, sealing edges tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry rangoons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
