Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruits, cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest to make the dressing.
- Place the fruit in a large mixing bowl and gently toss with the dressing.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
