A rich and creamy cheesecake combining the flavors of red velvet cake and Oreo cookies.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in cocoa powder, food coloring, and sour cream.
- Pour batter over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Turn off oven and let cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for smoother batter.
- Line the pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Do not overmix the batter to avoid cracks.
