Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine buttermilk, melted butter, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread with softened butter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
