Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add diced onions and bell peppers.
- Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Mix in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- If using, place cheese slices on top of the patties.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the griddle.
- Assemble the burgers and serve.
