Description
Delicious and soft cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter on top.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- For frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for better results.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
- Adjust cinnamon based on taste preference.
