  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter on top.
  6. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  10. For frosting, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  11. Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
