- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup raspberry puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Pour half the batter over the crust, then drizzle with half the raspberry puree.
- Repeat with remaining batter and puree, then swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For smoother puree, strain raspberries before using.
- Chill cheesecake for at least 4 hours before slicing.
