Description

Soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with fresh raspberries and a hint of cinnamon, topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, warm milk, melted butter, egg, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Spread fresh raspberries evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
