Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Warm milk and melt butter, then combine with dry ingredients.
- Add egg and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour, covered.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread raspberries and sprinkle cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over warm rolls.
