Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
