- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, and water.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
