Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and oil.
- Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
