- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon (cut into wedges)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly with spice mix.
- Grill or pan-sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Rest chicken for 3 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Works well with chicken thighs if you prefer dark meat.
