Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Notes

  • You can add grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
