- 200g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in diced tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- You can add grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
