- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- Tortillas for serving
- Toppings: shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour salsa over the chicken, followed by black beans and corn.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the crockpot.
- Serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
