- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
- Once browned, add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
