  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Once browned, add the cherry tomatoes and spinach to the skillet.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
