Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 chicken breast, diced

- 1/2 cup black beans, drained
- 1/2 cup corn kernels

- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, juiced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until done.
- Mix cooked rice with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Assemble bowl with rice, chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onions, and avocado.
- Serve immediately.
