  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (for filling)
  • 2 tbsp softened butter (for filling)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
  6. Place rolls in a greased pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
