Ingredients

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for filling)
- 2 tbsp softened butter (for filling)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for filling)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, pumpkin puree, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
- Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
