- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with milk. Mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin puree for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
