- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat in eggs, then stir in evaporated milk.
- Pour filling into unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes until set.
- Cool before serving.
