  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, pumpkin puree, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir just until mixed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

Notes

  • Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
