- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow the bars to cool in the oven with the door ajar to prevent cracking.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least four hours before serving.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
