Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Pour chicken broth and barbecue sauce over the chicken.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Mix shredded chicken with the sauce in the pot.
  7. Serve on buns or with sides of your choice.
