Description
A simple and delicious pulled chicken recipe made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Pour chicken broth and barbecue sauce over the chicken.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
- Mix shredded chicken with the sauce in the pot.
- Serve on buns or with sides of your choice.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add hot sauce to taste.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freezes well for up to 3 months.
