- 1 loaf (16 oz) Italian bread, unsliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Stuff mozzarella cheese and pepperoni between the slices.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce.
