Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (16 oz) Italian bread, unsliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Brush the butter mixture between the bread slices.
  5. Stuff mozzarella cheese and pepperoni between the slices.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Wrap the loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
