A delicious pull-apart cookie dough cheesecake loaf that combines the best of both worlds—cookie dough and cheesecake—in an easy-to-share loaf.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt to form the cookie dough.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, egg, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Layer half the cookie dough in the loaf pan. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top.
- Add the remaining cookie dough in small pieces over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- For a firmer texture, chill before serving.
