Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or plant-based milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup nuts or seeds
- 1/2 cup berries
Instructions
- In a pot, combine oats and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add protein powder, honey, and cinnamon. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Top with nuts and berries before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use any milk of your choice.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
