Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or plant-based milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
Instructions
- In a pot, combine oats, milk, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired consistency.
- Top with berries before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- You can add nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
