Description

These air fryer potatoes are perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. A quick and easy side dish that pairs well with any meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
