Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add frozen diced potatoes to the pot.
  4. Pour in vegetable broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  7. Stir in the milk and heat through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
