Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the pork cubes to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for more flavor.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
