- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, choose pork chops that are at least 1 inch thick.
- You can marinate the pork chops in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight for more flavor.
- Serve with your favorite sides such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
