Ingredients

- 2 cups Fresh fruit (berries, mango, or your choice)
- 1 cup Fruit juice (orange, apple, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh fruit, fruit juice, honey (if using), and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

Notes
- You can mix and match different fruits and juices to create your own unique flavors.
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture.
