Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fresh fruit, fruit juice, honey (if using), and water.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
