Ingredients

- 4 cups popped popcorn
- 3 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Mix in marshmallows and vanilla, stirring until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn and rice cereal.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and rice cereal.
- Mix until evenly coated.
- Press into a greased pan.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amount.
