- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Planters chopped nuts (your choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Roll each cheese ball in the chopped Planters nuts until fully coated.
- Place cheese balls on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
