Ingredients

  • 2 large onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
