- 1 pound beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chopped pistachios, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Coat beef pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then press into pistachio mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Melt butter in a small pan over low heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in parsley and serve garlic butter as a dipping sauce.
