Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins.
- Melt butter and chocolate together in a double boiler. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Stir in melted chocolate mixture.
- Fold in flour, pistachios, and salt.
- Divide batter into ramekins and bake for 12 minutes.
- Let sit for 1 minute before inverting onto plates.
