Instructions
- Mix graham ers, pecans, and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Coat each ball in powdered sugar.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- For extra crunch, toast the pecans before chopping.
- If mixture is too dry, add 1 tbsp of milk.
