- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh pineapple for best flavor.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them longer if grilling on high heat.
