Description
A classic party appetizer featuring mini sausages wrapped in flaky pastry, baked until golden brown.

- 1 pound Mini sausages
- 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- to taste Mustard (for dipping)
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut each sheet into 1-inch wide strips.
- Place a mini sausage at one end of each strip and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages.
- Sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with mustard for dipping.
