Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mini sausages
  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • to taste Mustard (for dipping)
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut each sheet into 1-inch wide strips.
  4. Place a mini sausage at one end of each strip and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolled sausages.
  7. Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with mustard for dipping.
