- 2 cups frozen fries
- 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven and bake fries according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, cook until softened.
- Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Place cooked fries on a serving dish, top with steak mixture.
