- 1 cup diced persimmons
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 package pre-made pie crust
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix persimmons, apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Roll out the pie crust and cut into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the fruit mixture onto each circle.
- Fold the edges to seal and crimp with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
