- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a circle.
- Place 3 slices of pepperoni and 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold edges of dough over filling and pinch to seal.
- Place sealed dough balls on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
